"You have to live Spherically - in many directions. Never lose your childish enthusiasm - and things will come your way." Federico Fellini
I have always appreciated this verse from the movie: “Under the Tuscan Sun” There are many twists and turns in life, some turns are unexpected. Business has been my passion for as long as I can remember. I love it. I live it. I breath it! Nothing is more rewarding than to have your customers comment on your gifts or your newest packaging idea.
Since purchasing the Cowgirl Chocolate Company in 2018, it has been a whirlwind of learning a new business, acclimating to the new routine and schedule: new packaging, new products, and market development. I simply LOVE it!
Our first year was mostly a – getting your feet wet year. Texas, my adopted home state, seemed like such a perfect fit for the chocolate company and the tea company. But, the future does not always work out like we plan. Any situation or bend in the path can move you onto another road. One that was not foreseeable. And the twist may cause you to – reevaluate what was once a perfect plan.
Such has been the case for my first year with the company and now, new opportunities are in front of me. I must boldly take the leap of faith and I’m bringing Cowgirl Chocolates with me!
I’m extremely excited about the future of Cowgirl Chocolates and 9 Lives Tea House, plus our fledgling company yet to get off the ground – The Tacky Monkey.
Major changes await us over the next few months. We have added many new wholesale accounts in the last 3 months, plus corporate accounts. Our new website is truly rockin’ and rollin’. Please follow us on Facebook, Twitter, and here at WordPress to keep up with all of the changes. 2019 is going to be a fantastic year!
We look forward to sharing our news with you and having you as a new and returning customer.
